Giving birth with Uterus didelphys

MamvantweeGuest ·
Hi everyone,
Are there any ladies here who have had natural births with a uterus didelphys? I have 2 wombs, 2 cervixes, and a septum. My first baby was breech and was planned for a C-section. The second, now 37 weeks pregnant, was breech but turned suddenly yesterday. So the chance of a natural birth is back on the table.
I find it quite nerve-wracking and am curious if there are any experienced mums here to share their stories.

    Hi there,
My daughter is currently 20 weeks pregnant with Uterus Didelphys.
The baby is in the left uterus. I’ve heard that the risk of preterm birth is very high, so we have an appointment at the UZ in Ghent next Wednesday for a second opinion.
It’s not easy to find others with the same condition!

I gave birth to my daughter 1 year ago with uterus Didelphys, I have a gynecologist who knows a lot about it and who followed my pregnancy and delivery perfectly in Antwerp. She is specialized in exceptional things like my pregnancy and delivery I think. I received a lot of explanation and support from Dr El Barkani, is a young woman but with a lot of knowledge
