Hi hi
Since this afternoon I've had lower back pain and cramps (like a period feeling).
Tonight I tried using a hot water bottle and taking a warm shower. Unfortunately, it didn't help.
Now I'm also getting hard contractions and feeling a bit nauseous?
Is labor starting or will this unfortunately be false hope?
How did it start for you guys?

Hey girl,
I don't know if you've given birth yet, but I also had those cramps more often. If they're regular and keep getting closer together, it could be a sign. In my case, my water broke, and otherwise there wasn't much of a warning. I only started getting cramps after my water broke. Anyway, good luck! -

Yes, definitely exhausting. The final touches. Warm shower if you have a lot of pain, take paracetamol.
