C-section on request

Dear members,
my question is as follows: who has experience with hospitals that are willing to cooperate with an elective cesarean section? I'm looking for a hospital that is willing to do this, and I'd appreciate the names of hospitals so I can contact them directly.

Small background: about 7 years ago, I gave birth naturally. I found this delivery absolutely horrible. I've always had extreme fear of pain. I do everything to avoid pain where I have no control over it. For example, during my pregnancy, I only had my blood drawn once at the hospital (they did everything together) because I was so scared of it.

The delivery went wrong on several fronts, and the hospital made some serious mistakes. I won't go into all of them, just a few. The epidural took a very long time to be administered, and it wasn't placed properly either. As a result, it only worked partially and wore off in no time. For over half a year, I had a numb feeling in one of my legs, and the sensation never quite returned to normal.

I was on antibiotics, on oxygen, there was a misinjection. Eventually, they decided to do an episiotomy. "You won't feel anything from that." Well, those who say that have definitely not experienced it themselves. That feeling, that sound. No, I didn't find it beautiful to feel my baby sliding out of me. It was disgusting. All I had was pain. Then, when you think you're done, you still have to do the bonding. Another injection, and again, the anesthesia didn't work properly. I could feel the needle and thread sliding through my skin. I lost a lot of blood, and it took me a long time to physically recover.

I know that a cesarean section is not without physical risks. But neither was this delivery. And the psychological blow I received from it is also not without risks. I don't need to hear that I should seek psychological help. Although I think about this delivery with horror every day, I don't have any issues in daily life. However, now that I'm pregnant again, it's causing problems. The fear of childbirth is so extreme that I can already say for sure that I won't even manage to push through it. The last time, I completely blocked up due to the pain, and I know from myself that this always happens. And honestly, I don't want to push through that pain again; I don't want to experience this again.

I have an appointment with the OB-GYN on the 29th with the same request, so I'll follow suit!
For me, it's for a different psychological reason, but I also hope they'll do this for me. With a C-section, I'll still have one panic attack after another, but at least my baby will be less at risk. That's what matters!
