Breech presentation, how to give birth?

Hi hi! I have a question! I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant. I was wondering how it works if your baby is in breech position, how that goes during labor. Personally, I would prefer a C-section in that case. My first daughter was born with a vacuum extractor because she was stuck low behind the pubic bone. My second daughter was born without any assistance after a normal pregnancy. Now I’m pregnant with the third, and it’s keeping me a bit busy, partly because my first one got stuck. I can’t even think about the cord being born and the head getting stuck. I don’t want traumatic situations. I know that the baby usually turns on its own before the due date. That’s what happened with my second daughter; she turned spontaneously at 35 weeks. But how does it work with insurance? If the doctors say: oh, it’s your third, so it’ll be fine, while I want a C-section. A bit messy, but hopefully, someone can give me some clarity on this.

Discuss it with your midwife or obstetrician. There's a chance you might get to choose if it becomes a breech delivery.
