Endometriosis symptoms for nod

I have endometriosis. I've been trying to get pregnant for a few months. A week before my expected period, I get symptoms like a tingling feeling in my groin, cramps in my belly, and back pain. Are there any ladies who had these symptoms too but ended up being pregnant? Or should I assume it's a sign of an upcoming period? It seems so early to me, a whole week before my expected date. I'm curious to hear your experiences!
