Inducing labor

Hi ladies, from how many weeks is it okay to try inducing labor yourself, like through spicy food, sex, castor oil, foot massages, etc.? Is that already okay from 36 weeks, or is that too early?

Success No weird things that helped for me either. Most of them are just myths.

I'm also curious to know from when this is allowed or possible-- I'm reading along.

From 37 weeks onward, your baby is fully grown and you could safely give birth, so I’d wait until after 37 weeks to start—maybe it’ll really work!

You obviously have to decide for yourself.
And as for your own choice, I personally wouldn’t do it.
The little one will come when he or she is ready.
My first and second both came earlier.
But my third took their time and was born 7 days later.
But if they had asked me to induce labor, I would have said no and told them to just let the baby stay in my belly as long as it’s still doing well and comfortable.
Because that’s best for the baby, right? To come out calmly at its own time.
My husband wanted me to eat spicy food and drink lemon juice and all that stuff
But I secretly didn’t do any of it.
And then I’d say, “Yes, honey, I did it, but it didn’t work”
Now I’m pregnant with the fourth.
Due date is August 25th, and it’s totally fine if he comes later too.
