Unfortunately, my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. I took a test on July 2nd that indicated 2-3 weeks. On the second day of Easter, I had light bleeding and severe abdominal pain, and I immediately knew something was wrong. I just felt like I was losing a baby. I had my due date ultrasound scheduled for today, and unfortunately, a blank space appeared on the screen. Unfortunately, my first pregnancy didn't work out. I'm trying not to give up and get pregnant again soon. I hope so ??

    Hey Naomi, so sad for you. My first pregnancy also ended in a miscarriage (August 2014), and I still remember the feeling exactly. Good that you're not letting it get you down. But allow yourself to be sad and don't be too hard on yourself. Losing a pregnancy, no matter how early, hurts so much. Sending you lots of strength.

    Hi Naomi,

    That's really tough for you. I hope you can cope with it a bit. My first pregnancy also ended in a miscarriage on March 4th, at 5.5-6 weeks. The desire to get pregnant again has only grown stronger. I'm now 1 week before my NOD and really hoping for lots of luck this month. Luckily, my cycle started right away, hopefully yours will too. Lots of strength.

    I had a tough moment today. Suddenly burst into tears. Luckily, I don't have any more discharge, so I hope I'll get a normal cycle soon, just like you. I'm rooting for you x

    You're right, I was. I felt a bit too 'tough' thinking I could just carry on with everything. Had a tough moment too. And today I've let a lot of stuff go. It's relieving, and with all the stories I read here, I don't feel 'alone' anymore. It feels really good to share experiences with each other. Thank you.

    I had those moments in the first 2 weeks too, while on the other hand I'm also able to look back on it quite soberly.

    Strength to you ladies. I hope you get pregnant soon! I was already pregnant in my second cycle after my miscarriage and now have a little girl of 20 months. We're going for number 2 now.

    Thank you, Moonlight! I'm sitting on the waiting bench, my next appointment is next Friday. I try not to hope with every little poke or jab in my belly that it's time... but that's really hard ????????

    I also had a miscarriage in February, I was 9 weeks along. The first week is terrible, but I managed to move on quickly. Had a D&C on February 14th and went back to the pill a month later because that was what the gynecologist said was best. Today I'm already more than 14 days late and the test is negative, but who knows...
