Urinary tract infection on the way

Hi,
Today I have my period. And a severe bladder infection that started a week ago, coming and going in a weird way. But now I just noticed white flakes in the urine cup, about half a centimeter! What could this be?

    I really hope that I’m pregnant by then. I had given up hope after getting a negative test just 2 days before my period, but this morning I had stomach cramps. But I really hope someone recognizes this or knows what those 4/5 florets were.

    Have you been to the doctor yet? It could also be a kidney infection, as flakes often indicate that.

    Hi! I went to the doctor this afternoon, no infection found.. Strange, right! Today was my period but still nothing.. I'll test again early tomorrow. What do you guys think? About the clots then, right xx

    Is your bladder infection under control yet? I normally only see flakes in urine due to a bladder infection at work. It's definitely not a pregnancy symptom anyway.

    Hi anon, no, I find it really weird that the result was that there was nothing in my urine.. But anyway, I just had the first little bit of blood so off to round..9

    Sorry, hopefully it works out next round. Anyway, try to drink enough during the day to keep your bladder clean. That way you'll get rid of those flakes quickly too. At least 1.5 liters; if your urine is very light yellow (straw-colored), you're drinking enough. It'll also be good if you're pregnant later on.
