Does it always go wrong if there's fluid around the gestational sac?

    Hey,

we already have a 6-year-old daughter, and we're currently 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant. We just had the same thing: a gestational sac that was too small, and I've already lost some old blood. We have to wait and see what happens... whether it's a miscarriage or if it will turn out healthy... Then you go to the hospital, and they tell you that it's way too early for an ultrasound... So you go to the gynecologist, and they do an ultrasound... I saw the baby, and the heart was beating, of course the machine didn't make any sound... That fear and those doubts are really not easy to carry around... You keep thinking about it, and you know it could end badly, but you still hope it won't...

I get so upset by this that I just want to scream and cry, but that won't help at all...

We're waiting with a worried heart.
