Got my period 1 week earlier.

I got my period earlier than usual. It's just light red blood when I wipe. I've never had my period this early before; it should actually be next week or the week after. I usually ovulate on the 12th. I do take the vitamins from Multi ETZ for trying to conceive, maybe that has something to do with it? Who recognizes this?
