And now, please share your positive birth stories! Since I became pregnant, I've only heard horror stories. Who had a great birth and would like to share it with us expectant moms, so we can go into it with a positive mindset?

A super birth is, I think, one that basically ends with a healthy baby on your belly!!

I only hear about the "heavy side" of things. (Hearing, not listening!!) My sister literally had a horror birth. But it only looked that bad in the video they made of it: My sister can hardly remember it at all!? "What I do remember," she says, "is the crying of my beautiful little boy!!" Trust yourself and think that humor is very important!!

Exactly as Olivia Anna says. But my first birth was also a great one, six hours of contractions, one hour of pushing, and our little boy was here. No tearing or episiotomy

    Hi Stacy,

Just try to look at it positively.
Very few women have a baby without pain.
I had to go through a lot too, and it might sound weird, but I'm almost looking forward to going through it again, and yes, the pain too.
It was an amazing experience; you somehow gain a primal strength, and despite everything, I'm very happy to have the privilege of experiencing it again.

Think about how many women have gone through this before you; you can do it too!!
