Wow, you have such a big belly!

Today I went to the doctor for a blood test. Wow, you have such a big belly, huh. This isn't the first time. Are you sure you're not further along in your pregnancy? Eventually I start to worry that my belly is really too big at 22 weeks. The midwife will surely know for sure :-)

    I wouldn't worry too much about it. I also have a "big" belly at 32 weeks compared to the rest of the family, but according to the gynecologist, everything is normal. The little man apparently has an Olympic swimming pool
