How soon after giving birth can you have sex again?

After the birth of our first daughter, it was already after 1 week.
It did hurt a bit, but I didn’t want to wait too long.
After the birth of our second princess, it was
after 5 days.

It’s recommended to wait 6 weeks due to the risk of infection. Or at least until you’ve completely stopped having discharge.
After that, around 8 weeks I think, the desire was long gone, so it was such a hassle inch:

Yeah, I did have bleeding, and because I had BV, I think that's why it took so long for my first period to come back after my first birth. And I think that's also why the bleeding lasted so long because of the BV. But I'm not sure.

It was indeed quite quick again. It hurt a lot too. But I was afraid if I waited longer, I'd completely lose the habit, you know? But... it doesn't make sense, but that's what I thought. My aunt also blamed me for doing it too soon and said you really should wait at least 6 weeks.

I think after this birth I'll wait a bit longer because I already have such sore, burning pain down there. I can barely sit on the couch or chair in the last few weeks because of the burning pain down there. So I lie down a lot and sit on the bed. I can't stand sitting on a chair or couch. So that's why I think after this birth I won't be able to have sex so soon again.
