extra air after birth

A bit of an embarrassing question, but after my delivery, I feel like there's more air between my legs, so to speak. No smell or anything, I promise but actual air. Little farts. Do more women experience this? I also hear more noise during sex My husband doesn't mind it or find it disturbing, but I do. According to my husband, it hasn't become loose, so how does that extra air come about? It's really annoying

Not familiar with that, but it does sound annoying, especially since it can make you feel insecure, I guess. No idea, but maybe practicing your pelvic floor muscles (Kegel exercises) could help?

Oh, I can totally remember that from after my first birth too. I’d almost forgotten about it until I read this, haha. I also had some gas from below, haha. I think it was because I was completely stretched down there and then slowly shrank back to normal size in the weeks after. Like an inflated balloon that slowly deflates, haha. I only had it for a few weeks. And no, it wasn’t loose or anything down there for me, no stitches or anything like that, but I think it was something from the inside that needed to release air, haha. Anyway, you’re definitely not the only one, and apparently neither am I
