Experiences with being pregnant while on the pill

Hi!

I'm looking for experiences from women who got pregnant while on the pill.
What were the symptoms, for example, when did you notice it, did you get any bleeding, when did you test, etc.

I didn't take the pill properly due to circumstances (the break week was 4 days longer and in week 3 I forgot two pills, so 6 missed in total).
Not very handy, of course, but we were planning to try for a baby soon anyway, so if I'm pregnant now we're overjoyed

2 days after the last missed pill I got a breakthrough bleed (exactly one week before my expected period) and it lasted 6 days.
Then on the expected day of my period I had some pink spotting, which lasted 1.5 days and then stopped.

I do have some symptoms myself:

- weird bleeding, described above
- 2 to 3 times a night dreaming and waking up tired
- heavy feeling
- headache
- stabs of pain on the left side of my lower belly
- fatigue
- in the week after ovulation I had to pee a lot, thought it was a bladder infection but it suddenly went away
- moist inner labia
- my boyfriend is suddenly very affectionate.. he didn't even know why himself, and I have to and will test him, although we both think I'm not pregnant

I hope people will share their experiences.
We're going to test on Saturday so I hope to be able to add this to the list of symptoms!
And it's nice to read about experiences

    No one?

No, I don't have any experience with it, but isn't one topic enough?
I assume that everyone who has experience with it would have responded to your first topic?

Otherwise, just test it out—that's the most reliable method.

    dear amaai,
    just go to the doctor.
    If you start one topic, that's enough! ! ! ! ! ! !

Amy is right, it takes a bit of getting used to when not everyone responds right away. I don't have personal experience with this, but I can tell you that if you're unsure, you can always call your GP or midwife for reassurance. Testing is indeed often the only certainty, but talking to a professional can help too.
