tummy ache

Hi,

This morning I was just at home and working in the garden, and suddenly I started feeling really unwell—severe stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and sweating...

I lay down for a bit, and later it did get better.

Did I push myself too hard? I barely did anything... I'm extremely tired now. But I've been pretty tired these last few days too.

I'm 26 weeks pregnant with our first baby, so I don't really know what's normal. But at 26 weeks, you should still be able to do household and garden chores, right?

Best,
Linda

Hi Lined, it sounds like you've done too much, which might have made you feel a bit unwell, maybe even followed by a mild panic attack because you were so startled.

With my second, I also couldn't do as much around 26 weeks. It's incredibly frustrating, but this is really your body's way of telling you to take it easier. I'd definitely listen to it!

Also, make sure to drink enough, eat healthily, keep moving, but also get enough rest.

You should start feeling better soon, of course. Otherwise, you might have caught a real virus or something. And if you're not sure, just drop by the GP or midwife.

    Good luck, girl!

I feel much better already after lying down for a bit. From now on, I'll take it a bit easier with the TOC.

That's nice, glad you're feeling better. Take care of yourself and indeed, take it easy :-)

Could also be round ligament pain, right.. that can hit you out of nowhere too.. and yeah, do something more calming!

Phew, she must have been bored during a break, right?
Anyway, take it easy, your body is telling you it's too much. Feel better soon!

Hi, I've removed a few replies from this thread.
This is a nice place where we simply respect each other. You can do your cat stuff on all the other forums, but it's not needed here.

Here too, if I do too much... I almost fall on my face...;-)
I also think that you've done a bit too much, or maybe not too much, but it depends on what I've experienced, especially when you're doing some bending etc., that it's still a bit cramped, I think.
Take it easy, girl! (hear who says this, I struggle with that too;-)
