I had my 19-week scan 3 weeks ago and our girl was 14 cm big, but now I read that she should actually have been 20 cm. Should I be scared now?

Probably this is the size from head to buttocks. The 20 cm includes the legs. Don't worry, if they didn't say she's too small, everything's fine, right?! -

That's right, there are 2 ways to measure how big your baby is. Don't stress too much, as mama3 already said. If something seems off, they'll definitely let you know! -

The gynecologist said everything is going well, but started getting a bit scared after reading things online. -

Sometimes it's better not to read everything (and especially not to remember it all), that's my own experience.
But as written: if the OB says everything is going well, shouldn't you be able to take that for granted? At that stage, 6 cm is quite a lot, so you would have heard about it for sure.
And yes, there are different ways to measure.
