pregnancy swimming friesland

Hi there,

My partner doesn't let me work as much anymore because of the stomach pain I get at work.
So now I'm home a lot to rest.
I'm currently 17.5 weeks pregnant.

But I'm noticing that my shoulders and back are getting really stiff.
It's also giving me headaches.

So I'd really like to start swimming during pregnancy.
But I can't really find anything on Google.

Does anyone know where I can do this near Donkerbroek (Ooststellingwerf)?
Preferably with warm water, like in competition pools.
