Normal period or miscarriage?

Hi everyone,

I got my last period on May 30th. I also stopped taking the pill around that time... After a few weeks, I started having symptoms that could point to pregnancy.
Unfortunately, the tests I took were negative... This might have been because I tested too early, though.

I started bleeding last Saturday, but it’s not a period like I’m used to... On Saturday, I had sharp stabbing pains on the left side of my lower abdomen and didn’t lose much blood. It started with some brownish discharge, and by Sunday it turned into a bit of clear blood. Now I occasionally get a few drops of blood.

For about a week, I felt like I was pregnant and, as I said, had a lot of symptoms... About a week and a half later, I got really bad abdominal pain—I couldn’t walk anymore because of it—and then the pregnancy symptoms went away. Now I have this 'weird' period...

Has anyone else experienced this, and what could it be?
