Monday I can make an appointment with the gynecologist. I'm getting more and more nervous hihi
I'm just afraid that they won't see anything... Or that it's a miscarriage or something else. I'm already 23 days late today... I'll let you know, hopefully I can get an appointment soon.

Called the hospital today, they were really rude, so I called a midwife practice instead. I can go there next week already. Still a week of uncertainty, but now I hope to see something.

What a hassle, Sharri! Have you ever done a digital Clearblue test?
  4. :-) #64

They're being stupid with a referral?!
Where on earth do you live!!
Hang in there a bit longer.

    Good luck.

    I live in Friesland.

Sharii, have you taken the Clearblue test yet?
  7. Nannie ❤ #67

I had already done a digital test in this case.
  8. :-) #68

Definitely not, Nan, because I'd go crazy from the uncertainty.
First, I'd do everything within my reach.

Did you take the Clearblue test, Sharii?
  9. Nannie ❤ #69

Yes, exactly. I also don’t quite understand why you haven’t done that yet... You’re keeping yourself in limbo, when it might not even be necessary. Your tests are already light positive!
  10. Doei started this #70

Yes, I’ve done 3 Clearblue tests and all 3 were negative.
  11. Benthe #71

What a lot of uncertainty, Sharii! You're quite overdue by now. Are you also experiencing pregnancy symptoms?
  12. Nannie ❤ #72

    The digital one?
  13. Els #73

How strange that you're so late and getting negative tests.. Do you have any health issues?
I'm curious about your ultrasound at the GP and what explanation there is for this..
    Good luck!

You could of course have a hormone imbalance due to stress or whatever, which could lead to a longer cycle or not having your period for a long time. I've experienced that myself.

It would be strange if you turned out to be pregnant after all... I wish you all the best, of course. :-)
  15. Els #75

My sister also skipped a whole menstrual period by the way... also trying to get pregnant... as soon as she heard from the doctor that she wasn't pregnant, she got her period 2 days later..
  16. Nannie ❤ #76

Yes, Els, the thought can literally hold you back. It's also true that when you finally know for sure—like when you get the results—there's a tension (uncertainty) that lifts off your body, and you can function again.

But we'll see, right.. It's a tricky thing, the female body.
  17. Doei started this #77

Yes, the digital one from BlueClear was negative.
Yes, I'm really struggling with pregnancy symptoms all day—nausea, headaches, sore breasts—so I'll just wait calmly for the ultrasound.
Are there any people who saw something on an 8-week ultrasound?
  18. Nannie ❤ #78

From 6 weeks onwards, you should really be able to clearly see the gestational sac with the embryo. I even saw my daughter's little heart beating back then.
  19. :-) #79

At eight weeks, you can already see a tiny little human, Sharii.
Just Google it; it's really beautiful.

I just started bleeding. It's not a lot, but I'm having a lot of stomach pain now.
