Here we're hoping for it too, of course. The doctor did mention there's a 60% chance of pregnancy, so I'm curious.

But how come you had negative tests? Did the doctor have an explanation for that too?
  3. Elineke #23

couldn't he do a blood test?
  4. Nannie ❤ #24

They don't do that at my GP either, you need a special app for that, as I understood it.
  5. Elineke #25

That's weird. Do you live in the Netherlands?
Because here they always draw blood right away.
    app? sorry
  6. Nannie ❤ #26

Yes, I just live in the Netherlands. It probably varies from doctor to doctor.
  7. Elineke #27

Yeah, I think so because it's always done that way here.
That's why I found it weird.
    I live in Belgium.

Some women only have very late hCG, she told me, but some women don't at all. Then they do have it, but you can't see it through a urine test.

I asked for a blood test, my doctor said we'd probably see about the same with that as with a urine test, so I have to wait another 2 weeks. Then I'll be 6 weeks along, and there'll already be something visible on the ultrasound, so then we can really determine whether I'm pregnant or not.

I find it really unpleasant to be in this situation, but there's no other way..

And whether the GP does the blood test, they answered that some do and some don't, but she said it wouldn't be 100% accurate via blood either.

A friend of mine had a positive test at 9 weeks. Don't lose hope, Sharii.
    It'll be fine, girl.

Yeah, I thought it was weird too back then.
    The boy just turned 5.

Hmm, that would be weird. With my previous pregnancies, I already had a positive test during the "normal" period, so it would be strange if it weren't like this time.

With her first, she had a positive test 5 days before her due date!!

Okay... Weird how it can vary so much from one pregnancy to another. I was also thinking that if I were pregnant now, my body might have become immune to hCG due to the miscarriage last month, so I wouldn't test positive early on...

Okay, yeah, it was just a thought.

Yeah, it’s taking a while, huh? I haven’t had any bleeding since the mc. It started on May 8th, flowed until May 26th, had a short bleed on the morning of June 5th, and nothing since... HCG was 7 on June 7th, 5 on June 12th... Last week I had sharp stabbing pains in my groin and my belly has been continuously more swollen. I don’t understand any of it.

Already 14 days overdue tomorrow... Pff, I'm really curious about the ultrasound.

I don't know if anyone here has experience with this, but I'm really bothered by white/clear discharge?
  18. Doei started this #38

Today, 18 days overdue. Next week for the ultrasound... I'm curious.

Have you taken another test yet or not?

Exciting share... But also weird, huh?!
