Nipt test negative, but haven't had the nuchal translucency scan yet.

Hi everyone!
this is my first post on the forum and I'd really like to know your opinion because we're not sure what to do.
I'm pregnant with our first baby, I'm almost 13 weeks along now. I've had 2 miscarriages in the last half year, which is why I had a NIPT test done about 10 days ago. I got the results yesterday and they were negative, which is a huge relief for us, it gives us the feeling that we're already a few steps further.
I have to go to the OB/GYN on Friday for the nuchal translucency scan and they would also get the calculation for a baby with Down syndrome. This is already ruled out for us by the NIPT test and somewhere we're thinking about making our pregnancy public on Facebook, for our friends and such.
Do you think this is a good idea or should we wait for the nuchal translucency scan instead?
The nuchal translucency is important for possible abnormalities but we definitely don't have to wait for the triple test (chance calculation for Down's) anymore...
