Bleeding at 5 weeks pregnant

I'm a bit unsure..

After 3 tests, I finally got a positive result last Tuesday!!
But I've had very light bleeding for 1.5 weeks now, without cramps.

I went to get my blood drawn right after the positive test on Tuesday afternoon, and my hCG was 150.
Yesterday morning I got my blood drawn again, and hCG had risen to 310 in 2 days.

Does anyone have experience with this?
I'm worried that something might not be right

With my first pregnancy, I bled for about 9 days, roughly around the time I was supposed to get my period. I assumed at the time it was just my period. It was bright red bleeding and quite a lot. I had to use multiple tampons a day, but because my breasts were incredibly sore and my muscles were achy all over, I decided to take a test anyway... and sure enough... positive test.

As long as your hCG keeps rising, I'd say don't worry too much.

I unfortunately have had less good experiences with bleeding, and this time without direct abdominal cramps. Twice I had a miscarriage, and I'm still recovering from the last one. My bleeding started on the 25th of last month, and on the 11th it really started to come loose, and I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks, from which I'm still spotting a bit, really annoying. But with our first ultrasound at 6 weeks, it was already clear that something wasn't right because I only saw a vague spot.

It's a good sign that your hCG has risen, so I hope it's temporary and due to implantation, because that's also a recognizable symptom around this number of weeks. If I were you, I'd ask for an earlier ultrasound; often you can come in at 6 weeks.
