How long after finding out do you tell your friends and family about your pregnancy?

The gynecologist just said I'm five weeks pregnant now, the values are good, but still no baby visible yet. That was also the case with my last miscarriage. Please don't let it be an empty sac!! -

Guppy, next Wednesday (May 27th) we're having another ultrasound. Hopefully, they'll see the heartbeat then
