Hi everyone,

I have a question because I'm feeling so unsure. I'm 11 weeks pregnant today and haven't had any stomach pain at all since yesterday. I just don't feel anything anymore, whereas before I had it every day, all day long. Now I'm feeling insecure again because I don't feel anything. I was nauseous all night, even though I actually haven't had any nausea for 3 weeks now. Can those stomach pains just stop out of nowhere without anything being wrong? I had a check-up on Wednesday and everything was fine then. But I'm so unsure now because I've suddenly felt nothing for 2 days. Does anyone here have experience with this?

Best,

Is there anyone who can reassure me?

    Hi anon,

As far as I know, not feeling pain isn't a sign that something is wrong. In the first few weeks, your uterus is growing relatively the most. You feel that.
You can also be very nauseous towards the end of the first trimester.

As long as you're not bleeding, and especially since everything was fine on Wednesday, I wouldn't immediately think of something serious.

I totally get you though. I also think every day that something might be wrong when I think I feel or don't feel something, but so far everything is going well, and I think that's just how it is for you too!

    Hey Esther,
Thanks for your reply. In the first few weeks I was so worried because I had constant pain, and everyone told me that’s actually a good sign that everything is growing well. And now I feel absolutely nothing anymore, and of course I’m scared that it’s not growing anymore. Your message does calm me down a bit. I have an appointment with the gynecologist again on Friday. Hopefully everything will be okay.
    Greetings

    Hi ladies,
    Just an update...
I went to pick up a Doppler on Monday because I was so worried (my friend really made fun of me ), and so far, there’s still been a heartbeat to hear every day. It’s really a great invention. It can make you very anxious, but also reassure you—in my case (so far). The dull stomach pain has also returned over the last two days, along with some beige mucus discharge. Hopefully, it’s nothing serious, but I’m seeing the gynecologist tomorrow for the nuchal translucency scan. Let’s hope everything is still going well. Hopefully, everything is still going well for you all too, and in any case, thank you again for your reassuring messages!!
    Greetings

How did you all experience your stomach pain? I've known for 3 days that I'm pregnant, and I had stomach pain before that too. It feels like I'm going to get my period. Last night I woke up from stomach pain, went for a walk, and it was over. Today I'm going to call the doctor to make an appointment. I just want to know if it's normal that it hurts like this sometimes. No bleeding or anything else. I don't have any other problems, just sometimes a bit nauseous and tender breasts.
