Hi there,

I just found out I'm pregnant. Took a test yesterday and today. It's the weekend now, but I'll call my doctor on Monday to make an appointment for a blood test.

I calculated it myself and I should be 6 weeks and 4 days along. But I keep feeling like I'm about to get my period in my leg, and I have little twinges in my side. Is this normal? It's my first pregnancy.

Lots of love, Lis

Congratulations on your pregnancy!! It's totally normal, especially in the beginning.
At the end of the pregnancy, you'll feel it again and then they're all there.
    Nothing to worry about!

    Hi ladies.

I have a question. I was supposed to get my period on April 23rd, but we're almost 3 days past that and still nothing. I get occasional stomach cramps that make me think, "Hmm, maybe it's coming," but then they go away. I still have sore breasts too. Normally, that stops by day 2 of my period, but it's still there. I have absolutely no energy, I get cold way faster than usual, and I don't have any typical pregnancy symptoms. So I'm wondering: am I pregnant or not?

I was in the hospital for 2 days, 14 days ago, because I had a severe stomach and intestinal infection. Maybe my body is just completely thrown off, or maybe I am pregnant. What should I do now? Wait a few more days????

Do a different test, dear, are you sure?

Yeah, we really need to do something because right now I’m walking around pregnant without knowing anything. And another thing—I might be eating and drinking things that aren’t so good, so maybe we should take some steps forward.

Absolutely! Last year, I spent a few weeks going around with the idea that my period was coming because it felt like it. I was on the mini-pill, so normally I never get my period. It does happen sometimes that a period still comes through, so I thought something like that was on its way. Until one morning I started feeling nauseous and my breasts were growing... Took a test and turns out I was 9 weeks pregnant...

Oh, thanks I've had it now and then for just a few seconds, and then it's over. Went to the doctor today to get blood drawn to be 100% sure (in the meantime, I tested twice this weekend because I just couldn't believe it).

Hope so, I didn't really realize I was overdue until a few days ago when I got the feeling and it didn't come, and I started feeling nauseous. Then it hit me that I went shopping for pads at the end of last month because I was about to get my period and had none left at home.
