Hey
Congratulations to everyone!
We're also expecting twins, two boys(:
I'm now 22 weeks pregnant and so far everything's going well, it's definitely manageable, how about you guys?
Greetings
Congratulations to you too! I can imagine it's nice to find someone who's almost as far along as you are. I also find very little info. It's all quite exciting. .
@Katrien: I'm so glad I found someone too! I'm the only one in my area pregnant with twins, so I don't know many answers about how others experienced it, which is a bit sad. There's not much info online either!
The physical symptoms are manageable here. The only thing I have is being very tired, low energy, etc. At first I was really nauseous, but luckily that's improved. My belly wasn't super visible at first, but I'm not super slim to begin with. Now you can kind of see it though . Unfortunately, I've also gained weight, I don't know exactly how much (I don't like that scale anymore..).
A boy and a girl, super nice! Here it's an identical twin pregnancy.
I'm also expecting around late July, early August.
Have you already bought a lot of stuff? We're looking for a stroller but can't decide, which ones are you considering if you're already that far?
Hey, maybe a silly question, but for those of you who are pregnant with your 2nd or 3rd child, did you feel different in the early stages compared to being pregnant with your first?
I'm now 8 weeks pregnant with our 7th, but compared to my other pregnancies, I have much less energy. Since twins also run in our family, I was curious about your experiences. I have my first ultrasound on Friday, so I'm excited. I'm also already quite big in the belly area, but that could also be because it's my 10th pregnancy.
We're also going to buy a second-hand one, often indeed still very neat or even new in the box! The stroller is indeed a bit of a thing in stores..we still need to check out how and what. I also find clothes quite tricky..I think I'll just buy a bit of everything, it's so hard to judge!
I hope this thread is still active, because... well... since the first ultrasound yesterday we know... there are two!!
Formally, the pregnancy is at 8+1 weeks, according to the sonographer baby 1 is at 7+6 weeks and baby 2 is at 7+4 weeks. She was very happy with it (because I, who have never been pregnant before, have no idea :blush.
So for me it's still early in the journey, I just hope everything stays okay. And hopefully I can get some tips and advice here and look forward to the arrival of our twins
Hi ladies,
I'm also pregnant with twins.
I'm now 31 weeks pregnant with my two boys, so my due date is at the end of August. However, they'll be induced at 36 weeks, which would be about 5 weeks from now.
As for symptoms, it's getting really tough. I'm very tired, often have pain in my heels, feel heavy pressure at the bottom of my belly, and have no energy at all. You can tell they're getting less and less room to move around.
