I gave her a drink and then she lay down. I stroked her back and she said, "Mama, go ahead, you're tired." I was amazed—how did she know I was tired? She was stroking me but then she left the room and went to the living room. So sweet that she thought of me like that.

And once her sister did something annoying, she had a tantrum and didn't want to put on her shoes. Her sister is four, she is three. Then she said to her sister, "What do you want now? We can't leave. Do you want these shoes or other ones?" I was amazed at how her three-year-old sister tried to calm her down. Beautiful face. Greetings, Ellen.

I overheard a cute comment from the neighbor kids.
"Do you know what time it is?"
    "It's 14:00."
    "How do you know that?"
"Oh, I'm looking at my time-ter."

    Lovely word for watch, amazing.

My youngest little princess had such cute things to say. She said, "Mama, you shouldn't give us any things with sugar in them because that's what the bad bacteria like."
I thought it sounded so cute and at the same time so wise. How did she come up with that?
    Greetings, Madelene

Nyana wanted a kiwi the other day..

She came up to me and said "Mama, I want piwi". I asked what she wanted, "A piwi, Mama". I sat there pondering for a quarter of an hour trying to figure out what it was.. until she led me, quite frustrated, to the kiwis and pointed at them The dad was lying on the floor laughing behind me hahahaha...
