Hi ladies,

Since today I've been having trouble with my stomach, especially on the left side,
with stabbing pains and I feel quite lethargic...
I also have blood clots and mucus clots in my stool... but I don't want to
seem too petty and call the doctor for every little pain, but what do you think, is it better to make an appointment or.....should I just ignore it for now? I also have a spastic bowel and I think everything is a bit irritated right now and everything is shifting around a bit, etc......

Thanks in advance for your responses.

    Hey,

I’d definitely call the doctor and tell him exactly what you wrote here. He’ll be best able to judge whether you should go in or not.
I think it’s better to call 20 times too many than once too few.

    Good luck.

Hi, you should call your doctor right away! Sounds like a virus by the way!

    Love, Inge

Just to be sure, I'll give them a quick call tomorrow ;-)
    Thanks, ladies :-D

    Hi PinQ,

Have you already called? Hopefully, it's nothing serious. Best wishes, Ju:-)

@Ju: No, I haven't called yet, but it seems like the complaints have also disappeared from the ground. So I'll keep an eye on it for now, but next time I'll call right away.

Thanks for thinking along / being there with me:-)

Do you always have that spasmy gut? I don't have it myself, but what you're describing is exactly the symptoms that started my ectopic pregnancy. Those symptoms went away except for the gut issues. 3 days later, my fallopian tube ruptured.
Not to scare you, but if I have any doubts, I'll call the doctor from now on.

Well, no, I haven't always had a spastic bowel, but after being sick for a long time, it came to the fore. Who knows, maybe I've had it all along???
But I think it has to do with needing to make space and my intestines shifting around, or something like that. :-)

But last week I also lost some blood (vaginal) and there's an ultrasound scheduled for next Wednesday to check if everything is okay, so we'll just have to wait and see...
And then a week later I have my intake appointment, so it's all quite nerve-wracking.

Thanks for your responses, it's nice when someone thinks along with you and I can share my story with you guys.....super.!

Thank you all, and of course I'll keep you updated on Wednesday...
I hope everything goes well too, but yes, we'll just have to wait and see ;-)
But those days can feel so long, right.....

Almost 7 weeks pregnant (6 weeks, 4 days). Woke up last night with a lot of pain and this morning noticed some blood when I went to the toilet. Called the doctor, they said it's too early to come in since there's a big chance nothing will be visible yet, and because things are growing so fast right now, I have to wait until Tuesday. Such a long time in suspense. That really sucks. Everything feels off. I could cry, pff. I've had a miscarriage before, this one went differently, but it still sucks. I'm really anxious about everything.
