6 weeks pregnant and bleeding

Hello ladies,

I'm really worried because last week I had 5 positive tests and it turned out I'm 6 weeks pregnant. No symptoms except being very tired and very hungry. Since yesterday my breasts have been hurting and since last Saturday I've had a bit of brown bleeding. Now I know that can be from implantation. But now I still have bleeding, it's Monday morning now. It looks like I might have miscarried. I took a test this morning and it was negative. I really don't understand anything anymore, I'll call the GP later anyway but I'm curious if any other ladies have experienced this?

I had this too, started last week (according to my calculation 7+4, according to the ultrasound 6+2). Saturday I had brown discharge with a bit of cramping, then on Wednesday I saw a heartbeat. And on Friday, heavy bleeding and cramps, rushed to the hospital, and unfortunately, a miscarriage

I hope it doesn't turn out like that for you, but it sounds almost exactly the same. Lots of success, let me know what the GP says

Thank you all for your responses; it seems to have stopped now. However, I do have a bit of discomfort in my belly. I read here and there that this happens more often. The midwife found the negative test very strange because even if it were a miscarriage, I should still have had hCG in my body, so she thinks the test is just wrong since I had 6 positive tests before.
I have an appointment on Tuesday evening for an ultrasound to see if it's still there. I'll keep you updated.

I also had a miscarriage last month.
But I really had red bleeding.
Maybe it was indeed a bad test?
My HCG levels dropped out of my body after a few days because they never really rose properly.
I hope it turns out to be good news after all!
Have you had a blood test that confirms you're pregnant?

Tuesday evening the bleeding got really bad and I was so upset that my husband immediately called the clinic and we could come in for an ultrasound. Although she already thought she wouldn't see much, it was more to reassure me. Very nice of her. Unfortunately, she couldn't see much either; she was unsure if she was seeing a gestational sac or if it was just a blood collection. Next Tuesday evening we're going back for a second ultrasound. I should be 6 weeks then.
On one hand I don't feel pregnant anymore, on the other hand I'm still very tired and have sensitive (not painful) breasts. My friend is a maternity helper and she said it's possible I was 2 weeks pregnant and maybe had a miscarriage of one embryo. I just read a similar post on this page. Now we wait until next Tuesday. We're keeping our hopes up.

And anonymous? How did it end last night? I hope everything is still okay!
It sounds unfortunately the same as with me, but I hope it turns out differently for you!

    Hi everyone.
I tested positive on May 4th. According to calculations, I'm currently between 5 and 6 weeks pregnant. I have a 7-year-old daughter and have had two miscarriages.
I was happy to test positive, but now I'm feeling unsure because I started bleeding this morning. It's still light bleeding. I called the emergency line (VK), and they said it could be implantation bleeding or a burst blood vessel. I have to wait and see; if it gets worse, I need to call back.
With my first miscarriage in 2017, I immediately had heavy bleeding with clots and cramps, and with my second miscarriage in 2019, I also had a lot of bleeding with clots and cramps right away. This time, I'm not sure what to think.

Yeah, it's unfortunately quite common in the first trimester, but good that you called the midwife
