Hi! I'm new here. I had my IUD removed about 3 weeks ago (trying to conceive) and haven't gotten my period yet. We have sex every day like always, but now it's every other day.. Am I fertile now? And can I already do an ovulation test or is it pointless? No idea when my period will come, when my ovulation is, or if I've even ovulated. I had an IUD for 6 years before this. 5 years and then replaced for 1 year.
I'm curious if someone has an answer!

I also thought ovulation tests didn't work... but I found out that my ovulation is really very late. My first son was conceived on cycle day 18 and my second even on cycle day 21. I also had Sensi ovulation tests.
    Good luck ladies!

P.S. I read this because I had my IUD removed in December after 8 months...
Not because we want another child. But because I had severe migraines and stayed on my period for 2 weeks, then off for 2 weeks... you get the idea.
Last cycle was 25 days... now I'm on day 29. I'm starting to get scared that I might, maybe, be pregnant after all. We're being super careful... but it happened twice last month that there was no protection for a while. The phenomenon of "getting out of church singing"... of course we know this doesn't guarantee anything.
We are already blessed with 2 super beautiful, sweet, but also very active little boys. The youngest is just 1...

    Hey everyone,
    I'm Melina.
I had my Mirena coil removed on December 24th after 4 months (due to circumstances).

On December 25th, 2021, I had relations, and again on December 26th, 2021, without a condom.
As of today, I'm now 10 days late; normally, my period should have started on December 27th, 2021. Even while using my Mirena coil, I had a regular cycle (always on time). This morning, on January 5th, I had relations without a condom and lost a few drops of blood. I also have occasional dull pain on the day I was supposed to get my period, and today, January 5th, I'm wondering if anyone can shed some light on this?
Is there still a chance that I could be pregnant?
I'd love to hear from you all.

    Melina.

@melina I think you're overthinking it. Your body just needs a little time to recover. Don't worry!
