fundal height at 12 weeks

Hi everyone!

I have a question... I'm now 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant. This is my first pregnancy.
Last Wednesday, I was exactly twelve weeks and had a check-up at the GP to listen to the heartbeat. On Monday, two days earlier, I had also been there but they couldn't hear anything then.
It turned out that it was positioned too low because my uterus is already coming 1 to 2 fingers below my navel.
My belly is also already very clearly showing.

I forgot to ask if this is harmful and what the possible consequences are due to all the news. Does this mean I'm carrying very much to the front or is it a sign of other things?
Does anyone have experience with this?
I read similar questions on different forums but the topic starter was already in their third pregnancy or more, and this is my very first pregnancy.

I'd love to hear some advice!
