Hi everyone. I'm Kim and I'm 18 weeks pregnant with our first baby.
It's so special to hear the heartbeat and see the ultrasound. But... I just can't believe it, I really don't grasp it yet.
I don't feel any different, no nausea and I haven't felt the baby yet either. Also, I don't think my belly is growing. (I'm a bit overweight so I already had a tummy.)
It's making me really insecure and I have to wait another two weeks to hear the heartbeat again.
Am I crazy, or do other people feel this way too?

It'll come naturally!! Some notice it right away when they're pregnant, while for others, the symptoms only kick in later in the pregnancy. In some cases, you don't have any symptoms at all and don't even know you're pregnant... you only find out after the baby is born.
