unpleasant ailment or not????

Hi there,

I've been dealing with an annoying problem for the past couple of days. As soon as I even think about needing to pee, it's already too late. I've completely lost control over my bladder. It's really frustrating when you're not at home. I'm currently 24 weeks pregnant. Is this just a typical pregnancy issue, or should I be concerned about a urinary tract infection?

Are there any other moms or moms-to-be who have experienced this? Any tips on how to prevent it would be greatly appreciated.
