Hi! 1 and all misery with the S2 Terrain! When we went to Babypark, we found the stroller beautiful right away, with a matte black frame. Asked the saleswoman how and what; this is a good stroller for any terrain, super light, easy to fold. We chose this stroller because it's the only one that fits easily in my car because the wheels can come off. I have a super tiny car

Since about May 20th we've been using the stroller, my little one was born on May 14th. We bought the stroller in March. Within 10 days the stroller wasn't rolling smoothly anymore, pushing is super heavy, the wheels go in all directions and vibrate a lot (my little one was almost shaken out of the stroller), so with walking we locked the front wheels, but then you still have to make a turn easily. So back to Babypark, we were told they could send it in and that I could get a loaner, but I have slight germaphobia, so I don't want to put my little one in a stroller that others have already used, and another stroller wouldn't fit either. We also had the Maxicosi from Kidsriver, they should have provided a jar of Vaseline because it has to be lubricated every week. But well, after insisting, they did fix the stroller, (tried but didn't succeed) so I went home again with the thought that it was working, the next day planned a 3-hour walk with the dog, within 5 meters the wheels went in all directions again. So back to Babypark, every time a 3/4 hour ride and then back home, not super long but a waste of my time, I really want to enjoy my leave. Now they said they're sending it in and then it will definitely be fixed, left it last Thursday and can only pick it up next week. I got the chassis from the showroom so I could use my own travel cot, you'll never guess, walked 2 meters with that loaner thing and exactly the same with the wheels. Turns out just a manufacturing defect, all strollers are wrong and will definitely break within a very short period. Why they were still in the showroom they couldn't tell me and money back is a no, I wasn't even allowed to choose another stroller. Now just waiting... Hopefully it's really fixed now otherwise I think we're unlucky. Well, it's not an expensive stroller, but this quality isn't even worth 20 euros!! The service of Babypark is also not good. But well, long story, let me vent my frustration!! Don't buy this stroller!! For 200 more you get a really good stroller! That's worth avoiding this misery!

    Hey!
We couldn't get the front wheels to turn for a year—they just wouldn't budge. But a year later, we sprayed WD-40 on and into them, and now they work super well! So that's a tip worth sharing. Other than that, we think it's a great stroller—really easy to take apart and put back together.
