Hi ladies, can anyone help me?
I'm 19 weeks pregnant now and have quite a bit of leaking breasts. It started when I was 16 weeks, especially if I brushed against them too much with my arms. I tried to be careful not to rub them too much and it went away.
But now it's back and I'm not really going out anymore because I'm afraid they'll start leaking again. It's not just a few drops but quite a lot.
Does anyone know what I can do about this?

I think you should check out Kruidvat or Ethos for breast compresses; maybe you'll find something useful there. -

I noticed there are a few mistakes in there.
You should check out Kruidvat and Etos; they have nursing compresses. They're actually meant for breastfeeding, but you might find them useful now too.
