6 days before my period, I tested positive

hi, are there any people who have tested positive for pregnancy? This would mean that my hcg levels must be quite high for the gestational age. Maybe twins?

Yeah, they often recommend not testing too early because it can sometimes give a false negative (which you might not notice since you'll get your period anyway).
Unfortunately, I've experienced this myself; my GP advised me to take another test two weeks later. Of course, this doesn't always happen, and I don't want to scare anyone. I hope everything is okay, and congratulations from the bottom of my heart, of course. -

Yes, I also tested positive for HCG 6 days before my expected period! I'm now 7 to 8 weeks pregnant (not sure exactly), so I have no idea yet if there are multiples, but I don't expect it.
