At your first ultrasound, they can determine it quite accurately. I hope it's okay for you! And you should be able to find out pretty quickly whether there was spermicide in it, right??
I don't know exactly how that works with prostitutes, but it seems to me that you're using good condoms (obviously not good enough then) from the same brand...
