Hey Margarita,

First and foremost, big congratulations on your pregnancy!

As for your question, I wouldn't do that anymore. You have a high risk of miscarriage if you have to lift heavy things!

It might be too early to talk about it with your employer, but if this is the only option, it's best to tell him that you're pregnant!

Wishing you lots of strength!

Greetings

    Thank you for your response.

I'll talk to my employer about it, but I'm a bit afraid they'll kick me out because I don't think they're looking forward to it. But if that happens, so be it. My pregnancy comes first, really.

    Best wishes

    Hey Margarita

    Are you currently on probation?
If not, they can't kick you out, okay!
A pregnant woman has her rights!

Make sure you get well informed and don't let them push you around!

    Good luck!

I'm getting a contract extension in April and I've already passed my probation period.

But I also work through an agency, so I'm not sure what I should do then.

    Hi Margarita,

    Congratulations on your pregnancy!
    I can imagine it's tough.
Listen to your own body, I've heard that you shouldn't lift more than 5-6 kg.
I would probably discuss it with my employer.
    Good luck!
