Scared of miscarriage

Hi everyone,
I'm currently 5.5 weeks pregnant with what I hope will be my 6th baby.
Three months ago, I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks, after which an ultrasound showed that the baby had already stopped developing around 6 weeks.
Now I'm pregnant again and I'm so scared this will happen again... I'm constantly running to the bathroom to check if there's any bleeding, and I'm scared of every little pain that it might be a sign of... Next week, at 6-7 weeks, I'm getting my first ultrasound again... Will the heartbeat be visible by then?
Apart from some headaches and some rumbling in my stomach, I haven't had any other symptoms.
I don't really recognize myself anymore with all this uncertainty, and it's driving me crazy. Are there maybe other women who can relate to my story?

Every woman is afraid that something will go wrong, but the fear is often greater if you've already experienced this once. Try to let go; there's not much more you can do than avoid stress and eat healthily. Enjoy your other children, and hopefully, you'll get through this 'tough' and dangerous period soon.
    Love, sweetheart
