Hi Eva, congratulations! Yes, we don't need them anymore either because we're now 7 weeks pregnant with our 3rd little miracle. :-)

Ovulation test is just a pregnancy test, right?
Yes, it would be really handy for us.

Ovulation tests are to test your 2 most fertile days, so not a pregnancy test!

P.S. Not needed here either and 8 weeks pregnant!

    Hi Patricia,
you would make me so happy if you could help me out. I've been trying for 7 months now but without success. I started using ovulation tests last month, but I probably didn't read them correctly and this month it didn't work out either.

    Love,

    Dear Ster,

As long as you haven't been tested for fertility yet, it's still a bit of a gamble, and it's possible that even if you've done your thing on the right day, you might not be pregnant. It can definitely help you have the best chance, though.

I have PCOS myself, so I'm less fertile because I have an unpredictable cycle, and I'm now 9.3 weeks pregnant thanks to ovulation tests and the WomanLog app. If you have a regular cycle, this app is really recommended.

You can indicate when your period starts and ends, and it calculates your ovulation day. If you have intercourse every other day around those days, you have the best chance. (Not every day; our gynecologist advised against it due to sperm quality.) You can also log when you've had intercourse so you can easily look back on it later. And if you have an irregular cycle like I do, you can set it to take the average of the past few months.

    TOP app. Really a must-have!

    Lots of luck.

P.S. You can get ovulation and pregnancy tests very cheaply at 123thuistesten.nl. Ideal and the cheapest option. Even the dipsticks (the cheapest type) are very good.

    Hi Sanne,

I've recently started using the P Tracker app where you can keep track of all sorts of things. We're both fertile, the proof of that is currently sleeping peacefully They're 4 and 1 year old. We don't know exactly how fertile we are, of course. With the oldest, we had to wait 2 years. With the youngest, it happened in one go. So it varies a lot. But it's not impossible, and that keeps you motivated. I'll check out your site, thanks for the tip.

    Love,
