Hi! I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant now, and the nausea and fatigue are starting to take their toll... My boyfriend says I should just stay home and rest until after my third month, and then see how things go. I come home from work and collapse like a log—I just sleep.

It's all very normal, really. Before you know it, it'll be over. And yes, if all goes well, you should be able to chat with your boss about taking some time off to be at home. Luckily, I didn't have any issues with either of my pregnancies... just tired, indeed!!
