Can you already have a linea nigra when you're still in your first trimester? And how can you clearly tell that you're pregnant besides taking a pregnancy test?

I don't think it's common to get a linea nigra in the first trimester, but I can imagine that if you already have more pigment, it might show up sooner. Other signs of early pregnancy without a test are pretty hard to spot, of course, except for a missed period. Some women experience tender breasts and gurgly bowels, but these aren't exclusive to pregnancy.
