As mentioned above, Red Bull is an energy drink. These kinds of drinks, as well as sports drinks, are not suitable to consume unless you've first expended a good amount of physical energy (like after running, Red Bull tastes much better and seems much sweeter, almost too sweet, if you drink it without exercising). These drinks are formulated with certain minerals that help replenish your body. Red Bull (and other energy drinks) is not designed for that purpose, so you really shouldn't drink it without exercising alongside it, because then you'll store all those sugars even faster, and the huge amount of caffeine is certainly not good, especially for pregnant women. By the way, you get more/longer-lasting energy from a short walk than from a can of energy drink, so it's best to stop. Especially when you're pregnant.

Walking around while heavily pregnant is sometimes almost the same as doing a heavy sport, so in that regard...

You're right there, sweetheart ;-) but I'll stick to water and tea anyway. Haha

I usually had one Red Bull when I was out with Bob, to stay sharp for the last hour and to make sure everyone got home safely.
When my pregnancy was still a secret (around 9 weeks) and we were hanging out with friends at the bar, I automatically ordered that same Red Bull. After half a can, I suddenly got scared because the packaging said I shouldn't have any more! I gave it to my friend and called the midwife the next day to ask if it was a big deal. She said that having half a can now and then was fine, but it's better to skip it if you can. After that, I never drank it again, just to be safe...
