how do you recognize a twin pregnancy?

I don’t have personal experience with having twins, but my sister-in-law is currently 13 weeks pregnant with twins. She didn’t feel ovulation, but she was just really nauseous. They only found out she was having twins when she had an ultrasound.

I think you should just wait and see... then you’ll know for sure whether you’re having one or maybe two babies.
