2nd trimester
Symptoms boy/girl
Hi there,
That's exciting for you! I've been counted in for October 20th :-) And we're having a girl.
The idea that symptoms differ depending on whether it's a boy or a girl is just a myth. They say if you're having a boy you carry like this, and if it's a girl you carry like that... but it's all not true. I asked my gynecologist about this, and she told me it doesn't hold up. It's simply about how your belly is shaped, how your baby is positioned in your womb, and where the placenta is located...
We already have a girl. During that pregnancy, I wasn't sick or anything like that. Now I'm pregnant again with a girl, and I've been feeling terribly ill for a long time—I even thought it must be a boy since everything was so different. But no, it's another girl!
