Lots of hard tummy and painful tummy

Hey anonymous,
Hard contractions are just a sign to : stop, you need to take it easier now!
I had them during my pregnancy too, simply because I always need to be busy..
And I believe you have a lot of work with your first child, so just take it easier and if you get hard contractions, just lie on the sofa and rest.
Relax, don't worry
Hopefully I could reassure you a bit?

    Thank you so much, Coppola.
I know that’s a sign to take it easier, and I’m doing that now. Yes, definitely, with a first child there’s a lot of work. They’re on holiday now, so they need a lot of attention. If they’re lying on the sofa, that’s not going to happen, so she sometimes goes off to play... Don’t worry too quickly, especially not about hard bellies, but for the rest that comes with it, you’ll get your questions sometimes...

Yeah, unfortunately I know that. My girlfriend is pregnant now (due to give birth soon) and she’s also seeing a lot of weight loss. Her baby is very active and she doesn’t get any rest at all. Try to get your baby to nap, then you can sleep a bit too?

I’m not pregnant right now, but I’m very tired. My son hasn’t let us sleep for 2 months because of his teething. Whenever I can get a nap, I definitely take advantage of it!

    Good luck...

In that regard, I'm pretty lucky... I have a 6-year-old son who can pretty much do everything himself and understands that mom sometimes needs a bit more rest. And if mom bends over too much, he says, "Mom, you shouldn't do that... you need to take it easy with the baby.." Aww, he's such a sweetheart, and he's also so crazy about his little brother
