No more complaints, just muscle cramps?

Ongi, cramps in the beginning are totally normal, okay. Since you don't have any bleeding, it's most likely just the embryo implanting or your uterus growing. A lot is happening in your body at the start, which can make you feel really unsure, and symptoms that come and go can all be part of that. I'm now pregnant with our second child and had all of that too, luckily not the nausea. Other than that, I didn't have many complaints, just felt extremely tired. If you don't feel comfortable, you could always contact your GP, midwife, or gynecologist for more peace of mind. 6 weeks pregnant and a cautious congratulations...

Thanks for your reply. Congratulations to you too! I did call the midwife. She thought it was strange that the symptoms disappeared overnight, but otherwise said exactly the same as you ????. Apparently, an ultrasound only makes sense from 6.5 weeks, because that's when the little heart starts beating. That would be the end of next week, but unfortunately, we're going on holiday for 2 weeks on Wednesday... So I can only come on August 20th. I have to wait almost 3 more weeks. What an incredibly exciting time...

Ok... no need to thank me at all, I'm just saying what I know and have experienced myself! And it's true that they can only hear and see that from around week 6. Wishing you a lovely holiday and try to enjoy it, and just assume that as long as you don't have any heavy bleeding, everything is fine. I just got back from my holiday, hehe

It's really hard to say anything for sure based on pregnancy symptoms.
In my previous pregnancy, at 8 weeks, I had a small cramp one night and a bit of bleeding. The next morning, my symptoms were gone. I was worried, but after a few days, I was nauseous again. I didn't have any more bleeding, so I pushed my worries aside. When I had an ultrasound at 12 weeks, it turned out the baby had been gone for 4 weeks, so during that one night. I barely had any bleeding, and I was still nauseous. Apparently, it doesn't always come out on its own in a miscarriage. And your hormone levels stay high, so you still have symptoms. I didn't know that.
Now I'm pregnant again, and of course, I'm very alert to everything I feel. At 6 weeks, I had the same thing as during that one night. Cramps, a bit of bleeding, symptoms were gone. I even took a pregnancy test again, and the line had become very light! I was completely convinced it had miscarried again. A few days later, I went to the gynecologist to get checked. And what happened? The baby had grown (I had an ultrasound at 5.5 weeks, but there was nothing to see yet), and a good heartbeat. I couldn't believe my eyes! After that, I had more bleeding, but still good ultrasounds. Apparently, 20% of women have bleeding during pregnancy, for no reason. And you can have cramps because your uterus is growing, even early on. Before the pregnancy test, the gynecologist had no explanation. And symptoms can come and go. It's not an exact science. What I want to say: it can go either way! And the only thing we can do is wait, terribly! Hopefully, time will pass quickly for you...
