itchy rash

Hormones can be a lot, and your liver works less effectively due to your changing hormone levels, which can lead to itching and bumps. Waste products aren't broken down by the liver but are pushed out through the skin. If it suddenly becomes really severe, I'd definitely go see your GP or midwife to get it checked out.

    Hi!

I’ve got it too, for me it’s a combination of hormones and the heat. I’m generally quite sensitive to it. It’s important not to scratch and I apply Vaseline on it (your skin can get very dry which makes it itch extra).

    Good luck!
