Restless arms

Hi,

Does anyone have tips for restless arms at night and during the day? I also had restless legs, but I’ve been using Gewohl leg balm for that now and it works great. I also keep my legs elevated (put a cushion under the mattress), which feels nice too.

Now my arms are starting to feel restless as well. I got plenty of movement yesterday (swimming), so that’s not the issue. I’ve read about magnesium, but I’m already getting it from the food supplement I use, specifically for pregnant women from Hema.

Best,

What also helps is getting your arms (or having them) massaged, and the most important thing is to do it towards the heart, so not towards your fingers. This way, you help your blood vessels drain your blood properly, so waste products and fluid don't get 'stuck' and cause a restless feeling.

I've always had it so incredibly annoying! My arms are okay, but my legs are worse.

I'll try Gehwol too. When do you apply it, if you're having trouble??
